Ahlea

Primarily raised in Dearborn, Ahlea frequently came to Northern Michigan during her youth to spend summers riding her horse and honing her natural creativity in the great outdoors. Feeling more comfortable in the north, she eventually decided to stay and finish her schooling here. It was during those last few years of high school when she met her future husband, and although they dated briefly, it would be 17 years and two very different paths before they would find each other again and build a life together with three amazing kids.

Ahlea often prefers peace and quiet, which is something she rarely gets these days. Her modest demeanor can often lead to flamboyance and laughter in the right company. Friendly gatherings are an excuse to be open and fun-loving. She is a knowledge seeker, and through a love for reading and various cultures, she’s become deeply interested in life outside of the United States. As a thoughtful person, Ahlea is accepting of all people and always tries to see the good in others.

Professionally, Ahlea is exacting and patient, focusing on quality above quantity. She tempers this desire for perfection by carrying a light-hearted personality that others find friendly and approachable. Over the past ten + years, she’s developed a knack for knowing what homeowners expect and how best to provide the services they need. As the company's leader, she has done remarkable things in a short amount of time to grow as a business and provide working opportunities for people she has come to know as friends.

Meet The Owners

West

I’ve called Northern Michigan home for as long as I can remember. My parents moved here when I was still young enough to wear more spaghetti sauce than I ate, and I grew up in the small town of Wolverine. After leaving at 20 to enlist in the Army, I eventually found my way back. Even after visiting 15 countries and living in three, few places compare to Michigan’s autumn horizons. This area has a beauty that’s hard to leave behind.

Outside of work, I jump between a wide mix of hobbies depending on the day. I enjoy camping and kayaking when I have the chance, and I love growing plants and giving away the harvest. Woodworking has been a passion since childhood—back when scrap wood was all I needed to craft an entire arsenal for adventures in the backyard forest. I also enjoy drawing, writing, DIY home projects, weight training, stretching a few times a week, and losing myself in a good book. I’m definitely all over the place with my interests, but I blame that on my ADD.When it comes to work, I’m a big believer in transparency. Most people meet the real me right away. Honesty and integrity were values my mom taught me early on, and the Army only strengthened them. I have a hard time saying no, which means I often end up helping clients with little tasks outside of cleaning—and I genuinely enjoy it.

I’d describe my work style as easygoing, professional, trustworthy, and always willing to help however I can. A few fun things people may not know about me: I once had a pet skunk named Bozho, and while he was awesome, I wouldn’t recommend skunk ownership unless you’re very attached to chewed furniture. My partner Ahlea and I are big animal lovers and became vegetarians after a philosophy class made me question whether I had a good reason to eat meat beyond “it tastes good.” We decided to try a new lifestyle together and never looked back. And finally, I absolutely love Halloween. Any chance to dress up or throw a Halloween party has my name written all over it. My favorite costume is Sam from Trick ’r Treat—yes, he drags around a blood-soaked burlap sack, but he’s still adorable.

Kymberlee

At first, Kimberlee may seem quiet, but she quickly opens up with laughter and great conversation—especially when talking about the outdoors, small-town life, or her son’s latest backyard adventures. Once she’s comfortable, you’ll feel like you’ve known her forever. A true Northern Michigan local, she loves spending time outside and always steps up for the people she cares about. When she’s not camping or hiking, she’s helping with DIY projects, small construction tasks, or experimenting in the kitchen with new recipe ideas. Kimberlee is a determined, reliable, and open-minded team member. She welcomes instruction, adapts easily to new tasks, and is known for showing up early and ready to work—sometimes even before the boss.

Sydeny

Born and raised in Northern Michigan, Sydney spent many years in Indianapolis before recently returning with her three kids to be closer to family and back in the place she loves. She’s passionate about the arts and nature, skilled in crochet, and loves board game nights with her partner Nick. Sydney also cares deeply about social justice, which guides both her personal and professional values. Sydney enjoys working with others, bringing encouragement, positivity, and a strong attention to detail. She helps clients feel comfortable and confident, knowing their needs will be handled with honesty and care."

Marissa

Originally from the Clare area, she moved to Boyne City with her family around age ten and has stayed in Northern Michigan ever since. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, crocheting, hiking, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family. Marissa describes herself as friendly, kind, and dedicated, always paying attention to small details and making the most of her time in each home. A fun fact about her is that she has a twin brother, and she was involved in theater and choir throughout high school

Jillian

I grew up in the Bliss area and spent my early school years in Harbor Springs before moving to Petoskey. Northern Michigan has always felt like home, and I’m grateful to still be part of this community. I love spending time with family and friends, exploring new hobbies, and getting outdoors. I’d describe myself as friendly and warm, and I always want clients to feel comfortable and confident that their space is in good hands. I’m passionate about the arts and enjoy taking on new creative projects—right now I’m learning stained glass. People often remember me for my sense of humor and upbeat, positive energy.

Bradley

Bradley is originally from the Midland/Bay City area and came to Petoskey because he felt the Lord brought him here, something he considers a true blessing. Outside of work, he enjoys running, CrossFit, volunteering with Young Life, and serving others in his community. Bradley describes his personality as grounded in the love of God. He values listening to clients, showing them respect, and offering kindness even when it isn’t always returned. A unique part of Bradley’s story is that he spent time in foster care—an experience he doesn’t regret, as it helped shape him into the person he is today.

Corwin

I was born in Germany while my dad was stationed there with the Army, and my family moved to Northern Michigan when I was a baby. I’ve grown up here ever since. Outside of work, I enjoy school, playing video games, making projects with my 3D printer, and playing basketball. When I’m working, I’m polite, respectful, and I try to be very detailed with everything I do. Something people might not know about me is that I’m the middle child and a big brother who helps my younger brother with his homework every day. I have a goofy personality, love to cook, and often help make dinner. I even know how to crochet—I'm better at it than most people would expect!

Amanda

I’m originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, and moved to Charlevoix in February 2001 to be closer to my husband’s family. When I’m not at work, I enjoy camping, listening to music, spending time outdoors, cooking and baking, playing Scrabble, and simply hanging out with my husband and daughter. I’d describe myself as upbeat, outgoing, and always willing to help. I enjoy thinking outside the box and love connecting with our clients. A fun fact about me is that I used to rock climb, and before that, I worked as a nursing assistant.
