Primarily raised in Dearborn, Ahlea frequently came to northern Michigan during her youth to spend summers riding her horse and honing her natural creativity in the great outdoors.  Feeling more comfortable in the north, she eventually decided to stay and finish her schooling here.  It was during those last few years of high school when she met her future husband, and although they dated briefly, it would be 17 years and two very different paths before they would find each other again and build a life together with three amazing kids.

Ahlea often prefers peace and quiet, which is something she rarely gets these days. Her modest demeanor can often lead to flamboyance and laughter in the right company.  Friendly gatherings are an excuse to be open and fun-loving.  She is a knowledge seeker, and through a love for reading and various cultures, she’s become deeply interested in life outside of the United States.  As a thoughtful person, Ahlea is accepting of all people and always tries to see the good in others.

Professionally, Ahlea is exacting and patient, focusing on quality above quantity.  She tempers this desire for perfection by carrying a light-hearted personality that others find friendly and approachable.  Over the past ten + years, she’s developed a knack for knowing what homeowners expect and how best to provide the services they need.  As the company's leader, she has done remarkable things in a short amount of time to grow as a business and provide working opportunities for people she has come to know as friends.

At first, Kimberlee can appear quiet and a bit shy but quickly lights up with laughter and begins to share a conversation when something interesting arises.  Often, she’ll have plenty to say about the outdoors, the ups and downs of small-town life, or her son’s recent backyard adventures.  Once she feels at ease, you’ll think you’ve known her for years.

She’s a true Northern Michigan girl who loves spending time outside and would do almost anything for loved ones.  If she’s not camping or hiking with family and friends, she generously offers her time to help with DIY projects and the occasional unexpected jam.  She’s even dabbled in construction projects when extra help was needed.  She’s not only handy but also has a love for experimenting in the kitchen.  We know how fun it can be to try new combinations of food, so having an employee who shares the same hobby is nice.

Kimberlee is a determined and understanding worker.  She  welcomes instruction and is open minded when presented with a new task. She has a habit of always showing up on time or slightly early.  It’s not cool to show up to work before your boss, but we don’t complain.

Although born and raised in Northern Michigan, Sydney spent most of her adult life further south in Indianapolis. Only recently did Sydney and her three kids move back to Northern Michigan to be close to family and in the North where her heart belonged.

Sydney loves the arts and nature, which is clearly evident in the first few minutes of meeting her.  She’s extremely skilled with crochet, not even kidding, and she and her partner Nick make board game nights a blast.  Fortunately, she’s passionate about social justice, which shows in her personal and professional ethics and is something we value greatly.

Working with others is something she enjoys because it allows her to share her positive outlook with teammates and give encouragement when needed.  She makes it a point to help our clients feel comfortable and confident that we will do the job well and with grace and honesty.  She is a tenacious worker with strong attention to detail.
